Joe Branigan is an economist specialising in the economic regulation of infrastructure. His experience has covered academic, government and private sector roles, including with the Federal Treasury and Productivity Commission, as well as leading economic consulting firms and the Queensland Competition Authority. Joe has many years experience and expertise providing economic and public policy advice across a number of sectors including public infrastructure (roads and rail), electricity, water and ports.
