SMART Building

The SMART Infrastructure Facility is under construction on the main campus of the University of Wollongong.  

Central to the new facility’s capabilities will be a Simulation Centre which will have the capability to model all of the potential engineering, materials, social and economic aspects being explored in the specialist laboratories within this four story building.

Each of the laboratories are being designed to focus on infrastructure issues and will include Power Quality Labs, Water Labs, Transport Labs, Rail Labs and Maritime and Ports Labs.
